Vendor Rules and Regulations

Vendor Fees: Food Vendors ($100 fee), Direct Sales vendor ($25 fee), Crafts Vendor ($25), and Non-profit agencies and organizations (Free.)

Approval of all applications is at the discretion of the Oswego Pride Committee.

All vendors/exhibitors are required to follow all New York State, Oswego County and City of Oswego Laws and ordinances.  

The Oswego Pride Festival is a family friendly event.  The Oswego Pride Committee reserves the right to remove any items from display that the committee deems inappropriate.  

Vendors/Exhibitors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs and display equipment and are also responsible for removal of trash from their space.  Since the vendors are set up on the sidewalk, you may want to bring ropes with sandbags or weights so that your tent is anchored to something.

A vendor table may not be shared with more than one business. Each business represented must be at separate tables and all businesses must pay the appropriate vendor fee. If the multiple businesses wish to be placed next to each other, arrangements can be made. 

Direct Sales: Only one representative from each direct sales company may participate in the event each year. Vendor fees are due immediately at the time of registering to guarantee your spot at the festival. The first representative from each direct sales company to register AND PAY their vendor fee will get the spot for that company. 

Only registered 501C3 non-profit agencies and organizations will get a complimentary free space to set up a table for information or fundraising. If items or services are being sold and 100% of proceeds are not going to the agency being represented and an individual profits from selling items at the table then that participant must register as a vendor and pay the appropriate vendor fee.

Each vendor is allowed to collect donations at their table for different causes but collecting donations does not exempt that person from paying the vendor fee because ultimately, that person is participating in the vendor fair to promote their business.

There are no refunds of vendor fees.

This is a "rain or shine" festival and will happen no matter what the weather is doing!
